Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By downloading, accessing, or using Daily Math Competition or related Stealth Launch websites, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
Daily Math Competition is a daily arithmetic game: Timed, Continuous, Equation, Extra Difficulty, and leaderboards. We may change or remove a mode.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.
3. Not a curriculum or advice
The app is a game. It is not a school curriculum, a test, or medical or financial advice.
4. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and meet the minimum age required in your country to use the app stores. The app is not in the Kids category and is not directed at children under 13.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your device and store accounts secure
- Use the app only for lawful, personal, non-abusive purposes
- Not reverse engineer or interfere with the app or score server
- Choose a nickname you are responsible for; nicknames are public labels on the leaderboards
6. Accounts
No Stealth Launch account is required. The nickname is a public label, not an account. Access to Premium is tied to your Apple or Google store account and purchase/restore flows.
7. Premium and payments
Premium is a one-time purchase, product id premium, with the price set in the stores (the app shows $4.99 until the store returns a localized price). It is not a subscription and it does not renew. Payment, refunds, and already-owned purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Restore is in Settings.

We may change Premium pricing or packaging prospectively as allowed by the stores.
8. Ads
One interstitial ad may appear after a finished game. Premium skips the ad. Third-party ad terms apply to AdMob.
9. Scores and problems
Scores and problems you submit are stored as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the nickname you choose.
10. Intellectual property
The app, branding, UI, and related materials are owned by Stealth Launch or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app as permitted by the app stores and these Terms.
11. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to cheat the score server, spam submissions, scrape leaderboards at scale, or abuse the service.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAILY MATH COMPETITION AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR SCORE SERVER WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STEALTH LAUNCH AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO STEALTH LAUNCH FOR PREMIUM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY ARE ATTRIBUTABLE TO US RATHER THAN THE APP STORES) OR (B) USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
14. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify and hold harmless Stealth Launch from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of others' rights — except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
16. Third-party services
The app may rely on Apple, Google, AdMob, and other providers for store purchases, ads, and website hosting. Their terms and policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
17. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date will change, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
19. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of Puerto Rico (where Stealth Launch, LLC is organized), excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction (or another venue required by law) may hear disputes, subject to applicable consumer rights.

21. Apple-required notice (App Store)
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Stealth Launch only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Daily Math Competition. To the extent any warranty is not effectively disclaimed, Apple's liability is limited as described in Apple's Licensed Application EULA. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession/use of it (including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims). In the event of a third-party intellectual property claim related to the app, Stealth Launch — not Apple — is responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge as required. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it.
